This is a legal document wherein "Talab go cloud kitchen center" will be referred to as ‘We,’ ‘Us,’ ‘Our,’ or ‘Platform,’ and the Users and Customers will be referred to as ‘You,’ ‘Your,’ ‘Customers,’ and ‘Users.’

Talab go is a food delivery aggregator platform that allows users to purchase food and beverage products from third-party vendors and businesses.

Eligibility to Register as a Buyer:

You are above the legal age for purchasing products in your country of residence.
You can provide a valid address for delivery within the serviceable areas.

Eligibility to Register as a Seller:

You are a legal entity registered in your jurisdiction.
You hold a valid trade license.
You have proof of authorization to act on behalf of your business or company.
You can provide sufficient bank details to support all monetary transactions.
You agree to meet any additional requirements necessary to sell or list certain products.

By creating or using an account on behalf of a business entity, you represent that you are authorized to act on behalf of such business and bind the business to these Terms and Conditions.

You agree to fully comply with all applicable laws, statutes, and regulations, including, but not limited to, privacy laws and content regulations, while using the platform.
